Cancellation Policies
Rain Cancellation Policy - In the event that the weather shows rain for your scheduled time, customers will be contacted and the cruise cancelled 1-2 hours before the scheduled cruise time. A full refund of the reservation deposit will be returned or
the reservation deposit can be credited toward a future scheduled boat ride.
Cruise Cancellation Policy – Customers who fail to show up for their cruise or cancel their scheduled cruise LESS THAN 24 HOURS before their scheduled cruise,
will lose their reservation deposit fee. The reservation deposit fee will not be refunded for no shows and for cruises cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled cruise.
The Weather Underground weather service will be used to determine cancellations due to inclement weather.
